SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of the shipment at all times.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, you’ll get another email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Please note: During drop weeks or high-volume releases, processing times may take an extra 1–2 business days due to demand.

We currently ship worldwide from our fulfillment location in the United States.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If you don’t see any updates after 3 days, contact us at bythebookclo@gmail.com and we’ll help you locate your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ByTheBook is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly to file a claim.

Preorders / Limited Drops
Some pieces are made-to-order or released in limited quantities. If your order contains a preorder item, it will be shipped once production is complete, and we’ll keep you updated with estimated delivery dates via email, SMS, or our Instagram (@bythebook.clo).
International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
