At ByTheBook, every piece is designed with intention and crafted in limited quantities. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident when they order.

Because some of our items are made-to-order or released through limited preorders, please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final For PREORDER

All sales are final once an order is placed.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started or your order has shipped.

The information above applies only for preorder pieces. 

If your order is pre-made, request a refund via our email bythebookclo@gmail.com and include your order number. 

This ensures that every customer who preorders receives their reserved piece, and helps maintain fairness for those who missed the drop.

Preorders

Preorder items are produced in limited batches. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order.
Estimated delivery times will always be provided before checkout.
If there are any unexpected production delays, we’ll notify you immediately via email or SMS.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bythebookclo@gmail.com.
Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or credit if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend shipping to a secure location or P.O. box whenever possible.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier first — then email us if you still need help.
